Emirates adds 10th Daily Service to London

Just a couple of days ago, Emirates announced that passengers will now be able to check-in 48 hours (up from 24 hours) prior to departure. Today, Emirates has announced the addition of a tenth daily flight to the capital of Britain, London, starting 01 October 2016. This new service will be in addition to the six daily service to Heathrow and the three daily flight to London Gatwick that Emirates already operate. The Dubai-London Gatwick service will be operated by a state-of-the-art Boeing 777-300ER aircraft in a three-class configuration, with eight Private Suites in First Class, 42 lie flat seats in Business Class and 310 spacious seats in Economy Class.

Emirates prides herself for having multi-national Cabin Crews, the gourmet cuisine as well as the award-winning ICE Entertainment System (which I personally got to experience when I flew from Auckland to Sydney in November). The ICE Entertainment System has been named the world’s best inflight entertainment system by Skytrax for 11 consecutive years. As with all Emirates flights, passengers also enjoy generous baggage allowances: 50kg in First Class, 40kg in Business Class, and 30kg in Economy Class. Passengers travelling in premium cabins from Gatwick Airport will enjoy a brand new, exclusive drop-off zone for Emirates’ Chauffeur-drive service where porters will assist with their luggage. Emirates also operates a dedicated lounge for First and Business Class passengers which was recently refurbished.
