Third Star Wars™ Themed ANA JET C-3PO™ to Fly from March 2017

The third Star Wars Themed ANA JET to join the fleet is the C-3PO™ ANA JET with the iconic C-3PO on its Boeing 777-200. This plane will join the other two (BB-8™ ANA JET and R2-D2™ ANA JET) as part of the STAR WARS™ Project, a five-year agreement with The Walt Disney Company (Japan) Ltd. Unveiled to Star Wars fans last week on 15 July 2016, the C-3PO aircraft plans to start flying on domestic routes in Japan from the end of March 2017.

C-3PO, together with R2-D2, has been a much-loved character since its appearance in the original Star Wars movie series. The C-3PO motif, which includes detailed body parts and wiring is decorated onto the aircraft’s fuselage.
