Bottomless Brunch at Kinki every Saturday - Enjoy Unlimited Sushi, Maki, Sashimi, Mains, Sides and Desserts
Overlooking Singapore's iconic Marina Bay waterfront, Kinki Restaurant + Bar has just unveiled a brand new Saturday brunch dining experience that is packed with 43 items (all handpicked from the existing a la carte menu) where diners can enjoy unlimited servings of sushi, maki, sashimi, mains and desserts. There is also a free-flowing alcohol option (from S$25++) for the thirsty diners on weekends.
At just S$52++ per person, the Saturday Brunch at Kini Restaurant + Bar comes with seven food sections: sushi, sashimi, maki, cold, hot, mains and desserts. Signature favourites such as the Hotate Aburi, a pan- seared Hokkaido scallop sushi, Maguro sashimi, and Hot Dynamite – a maki of fried salmon and yellowtail roll, scallion and cayenne pepper – still remain within the brunch menu. Fans of Kinki’s Wagyu Foie Gras Donburi will be pleased to know that the dish of thinly sliced wagyu beef, pan seared foie gras served over Japanese steamed rice is also available on the menu.
Free flow soft drinks, tea, still and sparkling water are available with an additional $5++ per person; with free-flowing alcoholic options such as sake, shochu and prosecco at an additional $35++ per type of liquor and beer at $25++. The Echigotsurukame Shofukujin Junmai sake is a highlight with its soft and balanced palate with amedium to distinguished umami that makes it a perfect pair to a variety of dishes. Free flow beer includes bottled Carlsberg, Asahi Super Dry and Kronenbourg 1664. Kinki’s Bottomless Brunch is available on Saturdays, 12PM to 3PM at Kinki Restaurant.
There is a new Hyatt Place opening in Bangkok - Hyatt Place Bangkok Sukhumvit 1 (not to be confused with the Hyatt Place Bangkok Sukhumvit near Phrom Phong) - and it has already started to accept stay reservations from 13 January 2025.
