The Grand Hyatt Hong Kong which sits at the prime waterfront of Hong Kong Island, offers expansive views of the world-famous Victoria Harbour and over the years, the hotel has become synonymous with hospitality excellence, and has garnered infinite awards and accolades complementing its thoughtful designs, premium facilities, gourmet cuisine, and most of all, the impeccable service second to none.
Presidential and Ambassador Suites
The redesign and interiors were masterminded by BAR Studio who specialises in the design of hotels and resorts throughout Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. Following the recently completed renovation, some of Hong Kong's most sought-after hotel suites which include the two Presidential Suites and five Ambassador Suites have been redesigned to reflect the various personalities of guests who have stayed in the past - guests staying in the same suite layout and size can also choose their preferred styles - “Classic Traditional” or “Contemporary Eclectic”, and “Aristocratic Adventurer” or “Bohemian Chic”.
These suites which are located on the top three floors of the hotel offers impressive views of the Victoria Harbour and more importantly, they also have an extra level of privacy and security with a separate set of elevators; they are also designed to encourage business and social activities in the comfort of these luxurious suites.
Two-storey Grand Club Lounge
Guests staying in the suites and on the Grand Club floors of the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong will also have exclusive access to a private two-storey club lounge on level 30 and 31. This luxurious lounge offers free-flowing Champagne all day, complimentary breakfast, snacks as well as evening cocktails while being surrounded by carefully-curated contemporary artworks that have been designed to fully expose the guest to all of his or her senses. The floor-to-ceiling windows of the Grand Club Lounge at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong also offers a unique bird's eye view of the famous harbour as well as the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center.

The Grand Hyatt Hong Kong is home to 10 impressive restaurants and bars - all complete with the hotel's renowned service. One Harbour Road combines the elegance of a Taipan’s mansion in the 1930s with authentic Cantonese cuisine, with the backdrop of the breathtaking Victoria Harbour. Grand Hyatt Steakhouse is celebrated for its prime cuts of the world’s finest beef, complete with a stylish wine room and an intimate cigar tasting room. Grissini serves true-to-form Italian delicacies in a casual chic ambiance. Kaetsu delivers traditional Japanese cuisine with an extensive sake menu featuring several rare vintages. Also newly re-designed by BAR Studio, Grand Cafe is freshly back in the spotlight with open show kitchens, and all-time-favourite comfort food. Situated on the Mezzanine floor above the Lobby, Tiffin offers an ever-exciting view of the buzzing lobby. Other restaurants and bars include Champagne Bar featuring an intriguing list of Champagnes with live entertainment; The Grill offers alfresco dining experience right by the free-form outdoor swimming pool; The adjacent Waterfall Bar presents refreshing drinks and snacks in an artfully landscaped oasis.
Spa and Pool Facilities
The Grand Hyatt Hong Kong also features a residential spa - the Plateau Spa which is a private and secluded sanctuary that is tucked away in the city of Hong Kong offers award-winning treatments in 13 luxurious spa suites. There are also 10 highly sought after residential spa rooms and suites that have been designed to induce calmness, and zen-like state of mind. The Grand Hyatt Hong Kong also boasts a 50-metre outdoor free-form heated swimming pool that is surrounded by lush trees, sauna overlooking the harbour, two tennis courts, a squash court, a simulated golf driving range, a jogging track and 24-hour fitness studios.
Grand Hyatt Singapore will reopen for stays and business on 10 July 2024. The Grand Wing is slated to reopen in early 2025 and the hotel will complete its transformation into a Grand Living Room and Wellness Haven with 699 guestrooms and suites.
