Langham Refreshes Loyalty Program (1865 Privilege) - Qualification by Room Nights
The 1865 Membership by Langham Hotels & Resorts has just been refreshed with some improvements (alongside a name change). The newly-refreshed 1865 Privilege will now allow qualification (and renewal) by eligible room nights instead of just eligible stays. The names of the different tiers are staying the same (thankfully and sorry Hyatt!) but travellers are now rewarded for staying longer.

The 1865 Privilege seem to follow a pretty simplistic way of calculation (1 stay = 3 nights) and while the qualification may seem a little difficult (since the number of properties are limited), renewal each year is extremely reasonable - even at 'Voyager' level. Memberships were previously valid 12 months from the date of joining - this has now been modified to just a calendar year so make sure you try to qualify as early as possible in the year.

The program offers a number of interesting and generous benefits at top-tier (Destiny) like an 8:00PM late check-out (and I thought 6:00PM for being a Black member with DISCOVERY Loyalty was good enough!) and a complimentary limousine service.
