ibis Styles Ulaanbaataar Polaris opens in Mongolia
AccorHotels has just unveiled her very first property in Mongolia - the 95-room ibis Styles Ulaanbaatar Polaris which is located in the Khan Uu District. The property is a short 15-minute drive from the Chinggis Khaan International Airport and it features a sleek interior design with bright colours of orange and turquoise echoed by a wall of playful graffiti artwork.

Established as a nomadic Buddhist enclave in the 17th century, Ulaanbaatar is the capital and largest city of Mongolia. Over the years, the city has enjoyed a cultural resurgence with numerous museums, galleries, theatre performances and clubs that bring out the best in traditional Mongolian culture.
Guests staying at the ibis Styles Ulaanbaatar Polariscan enjoy a range of local and international favourites at the ibis Kitchen restaurant. For social events and business meetings, the hotel has two meeting rooms that can host up to 100 guests. Leisure facilities include a children’s play area and a gym (to be opened in 2018).
World of Hyatt's annual award chart changes take effect on 25 March 2025, impacting the number of points required for free night redemptions at select properties. In the Asia & Pacific region, 12 hotels will move down a category, while 25 will move up, making some redemptions more expensive.
