IHG Rewards Club is back with a Double Points Plus More promotion for all eligible members with stays between 16 September 2018 to 16 December 2018. Similar to previous Accelerate promotions, members are required to complete a certain set of tasks (that are supposedly tailored to you based on your stay history) to unlock bonus points.

All eligible members will be given the opportunity to earn double points on every stay (starting from the second) up to 15,000 bonus points during the promotion period. You will also have a set of personalised offers to earn additional bonus points - this can be quite lucrative and as you can see from my set of offers below, they do not look too bad at all:

Apart from the 15,000 bonus points that I can earn like everyone else, my account was also targeted for an additional 66,400 bonus points during this upcoming promotional period. In case anyone was wondering, I did not actually complete the Accelerate challenges for Q1 (even though I did finish half) as well as Q2. The opportunity to earn 22,400 points from staying at two brands (say an InterContinental and Holiday Inn Express in Singapore) is quite lucrative especially since all the offers can potentially overlap.
