Award-winning Manhattan (at Regent Singapore) Introduces Millennium into its Eras of New York Menu
Recently awarded the #2 bar in The Asia’s 50 Best Bars List, Manhattan at Regent Singapore has just introduced Millennium into its Eras of New York menu. The bar is inspired by the 19th century's Golden Age of cocktails and fine drinking and the space is recreated to reflect the old New York. Paying homage to classic and forgotten cocktails, the award-winning bar has just launched a number of artisanal concoctions that take inspiration from the social and cultural influences around New York City.
Meyer’s Fizz (S$24++) is named after Daniel Meyer, the New York City restaurateur who founded cult burger chain Shake Shack. This refreshing, fizzy treat features a mix of Michter's Sour Mash, vanilla yogurt milk punch, strawberry-infused Mancino Bianco vermouth, clarified lemon juice and soda, served with frozen cream and yogurt.
Paying tribute to The Sopranos, the television phenomenon that rocked the screens of countless New Yorkers, Bada Bing Bada Boom (S$26++) is a delicate concoction featuring Glenlivet 12 Years, Ruffino Chianti red wine, spice syrup and cherry tobacco bitters, accompanied with an aromatic chocolate “cigar”.
The Tiki Apostle (S$28++) is a true reflection of the tiki renaissance in the early 2000s, clad in a vibrant yellow served in a snifter glass. The concoction draws you in with seductive notes of Flor de Cana 12 Years, hazelnut liqueur, lime & mint syrup, Fallen Pony Empirical Spirits, pineapple, and champagne.
Reminiscing the bottle service era in New York City’s hottest nightclubs and the 50/50 Martini, No Vacancy (S$25++) features a blend of Fords Gin, Mancino Secco Vermouth, peach liqueur and orange bitters, served with condiments of olive, fresh apple, and a lemon twist on the side.
