The Hotel Chadstone Melbourne, MGallery by Sofitel is the newest luxury hotel to open in Melbourne and it is the first five-star property to open outside of Melbourne's CBD. Featuring 250 rooms (inclusive of 21 suites as well as two luxurious penthouses located on Level 11), the property features two distinct restaurants on the roof as well as on the ground floor - there is also a rooftop indoor swimming pool that hotel guests can take advantage of during their stay.
