Marriott will Debut Aloft Brand in Japan with Aloft Tokyo Ginza - Opening in April 2020
Marriott will be bringing the tech-forward Aloft brand to Japan with the opening of the brand new Aloft Tokyo Ginza in April 2020. This 16-storey new-built hotel will be home to 206 loft-like guestrooms (complete with 9-foot ceilings) in the famous shopping district of Tokyo.
The Aloft Tokyo Ginza will be minutes away from Ginza and Higashi Ginza subway station it it will feature comfortable beds, walk-in showers, 55-inch 4K TVs as well as complimentary WiFi for all guests. There will also be a 24-hour fitness center that hotel guests will be able to utilise during their stay. Food and beverage options at Aloft Tokyo Ginza will include the brand's signature W XYZ bar, Re:fuelby Aloft (a one-stop shop for grab-and-go food options which will be open 24/7) as well as WAREHOUSE (where guests can enjoy a buffet breakfast).
Guestrooms at the soon-to-open Aloft Tokyo Ginza will feature keyless entry - guests will be able to use their smartphone or Apply watch as a means to gain access. Online reservations are not open at the time of writing and the property is slated to open in April 2020 so keep your eyes peeled!
