Birthday Gift from GHA DISCOVERY: D$25 (worth USD 25) to Utilise Within Three Months

It is not uncommon for companies to send out a birthday offer to members of a loyalty program but I have recently received one from GHA DISCOVERY offering me D$25 (worth USD 25) with no strings attached. While the credit does expire within three months from the date of issue, this is a pretty decent 'birthday offer' since you can get some really affordable stays within the GHA DISCOVERY portfolio in the Southeast Asia region.

While it does not take much to become a Titanium Elite member of the GHA DISCOVERY loyalty program - just three stays across three distinct brands each year - it does come with a decent set of benefits (e.g. two-category upgrade and late check-out) which can be extremely useful at higher-end properties. I have been a Titanium Elite member in the GHA DISCOVERY program (used to be called the Black tier in the DISCOVERY Loyalty program) for quite a while now and while I do not invest too many nights in the program each year, it is still a great benefit to have whenever I need it. 

As a quick reminder, DISCOVERY Dollars (D$) can be utilised to offset the total cost of the stay upon checking out. Whilst this means that you will most likely not be able to book an advance purchase rate that requires some kind of prepayment, it can still offer plenty of value when stacked with the right promotion.
