Acquisition of FRHI by AccorHotels Group Finalised

AccorHotels Group has finalised the acquisition of FRHI Hotels & Resorts which includes the three prestigious and established luxury hotel brands: Fairmont, Raffles and Swissôtel. The addition of these properties and room inventories makes AccorHotels the largest operator of hotels in Singapore, with a grand total of 5400 rooms.

Some notable properties that are joining AccorHotels’ global network include some of the world’s most iconic and historic hotels located in key strategic cities around the world: The Savoy in London, Raffles Singapore, Fairmont San Francisco, New York’s The Plaza, Fairmont Le Château Frontenac in Quebec City, and Le Royal Monceau Raffles Paris.

As of this morning, I can see that the FRHI properties in Singapore are already listed on AccorHotels and available for booking - it is worth noting that these properties still do not participate in the Le Club AccorHotels programme at the time of writing.
